1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only
All content made available through the Service, including but not limited to scenario briefings, market analyses, talking points, client scripts, practice dialogues, and AI-generated material (collectively, "Content"), is provided solely for educational and informational purposes to assist real estate professionals in preparing for client conversations.
Content does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, brokerage advice, fiduciary advice, regulatory advice, investment advice, or professional advice of any kind.
2. No Real Estate Brokerage or Agency Relationship
Primed is a software product. Primed is not:
- a licensed real estate broker, salesperson, or brokerage firm in any jurisdiction;
- a licensed attorney, certified public accountant, financial planner, mortgage broker, or insurance professional;

3. AI-Generated Content
Portions of the Service rely on third-party large-language and voice-synthesis models, including those operated by Anthropic, PBC and ElevenLabs, Inc. AI-generated Content is produced by automated statistical processes and:
- may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or fabricated details ("hallucinations");
- may reflect biases inherent in the underlying training data;

4. Compliance with Applicable Law and Professional Standards

Primed makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of the Service will result in any particular client outcome, listing won, transaction closed, commission earned, objection resolved, or other business result.
6. Forward-Looking and Forecasted Content
The Service includes "Forecasted Impact" scenarios and other forward-looking analyses describing potential future market conditions, regulatory changes, or industry developments. Without limiting the limitations of liability set forth in our Terms of Service, you agree that Primed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, reliance upon, or inability to use any Content, including without limitation any losses arising from:
- regulatory penalties, license-discipline proceedings, or fair-housing complaints;
- contractual disputes, transaction failures, or commission disputes;
- client dissatisfaction, lost business, or damage to professional reputation;
- tax, accounting, or financial planning consequences.
