Refund Policy

Effective date: May 3, 2026

This Refund Policy describes the cancellation and refund practices applicable to subscriptions to the Primed software-as-a-service product, operated by Mindrocket Systems LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Primed ("Primed," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through primed.today.

1. Free Trial

Where Primed offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without cost by accessing your account settings or by emailing support@primed.today. If you do not cancel before the trial concludes, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the rate disclosed at signup, and your selected payment method will be charged.

2. Recurring Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at signup) unless cancelled in advance. Charges are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@primed.today. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will retain access to all paid features through the remainder of the period for which you have already paid.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Once cancellation is effective, no further charges will be made to your payment method for the cancelled subscription.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 General Rule

Subscription fees are non-refundable in whole or in part for partial billing periods, periods of non-use, or periods following cancellation, except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions — 14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase an annual subscription and request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase date, Primed will, upon written request, issue a full refund of the annual subscription fee. After the fourteen-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4.3 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid month.

4.4 Service Interruptions

Primed does not issue refunds or credits for temporary service interruptions, planned maintenance, or events outside Primed's reasonable control. Persistent material outages may, in Primed's discretion, qualify for a pro-rated credit upon written request.

4.5 Discretionary Refunds

Primed may, in its sole discretion, issue full or partial refunds outside the categories described above. Such discretionary refunds do not constitute a waiver of this Policy or any other provision of our Terms of Service with respect to subsequent transactions.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to billing@primed.today from the email address associated with your Primed account, including:

Primed will acknowledge eligible refund requests within five (5) business days and, upon approval, will process refunds to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. The time required for refunded amounts to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and is outside Primed's control.

6. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at billing@primed.today before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing dispute promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.

7. Account Termination by Primed

If Primed terminates your subscription for cause (including without limitation violation of our Terms of Service), no refund will be issued. If Primed terminates your subscription without cause, Primed will provide a pro-rated refund of pre-paid fees corresponding to the unused portion of the then-current billing period.

8. Changes to This Policy

Primed may amend this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers (where we have an email address on file) or by prominent notice on the Service prior to taking effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.
